IONICS is excited to introduce the new version of the cleanJETTM 3D machine, designed for the activation and surface functionalization of sensitive materials, precision cleaning, and the removal of specific contaminants.
The cleanJETTM is equipped with an ionJETTM torch using microwave technology to generate atmospheric plasma. The plasma is generated through an antenna outside the torch. This allows the active chemical species to directly contact the surfaces, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal consumption. The cleanJETTM includes an XYZ table for automated movement and precise positioning.
IONICS has just delivered this new model to the MATERIA NOVA research center.
